Kim E. Evers
For over 20 years, Ms. Evers has represented clients across the nation in a variety of class action cases involving product liability for defective pharmaceutical drugs and defective products, environmental damage and consumer fraud. She served on the discovery and science committees for a number of national cases, including the BP Oil Spill, Diet Drugs, Rezulin, Propulsid, Avandia, Breast Implant and PPA, and is a frequent guest speaker at national conferences regarding mass torts. Her practice also includes repesentation of individuals injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents and nursing home negligence and abuse.
